Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery across the UK, with international shipping available to select countries. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by product:

  • UK Electricals: 7-14 business days
  • UK Furniture: 3-4 weeks
  • Custom Furniture: 12-14 weeks

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom or sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we inspect the returned item. For faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
