"The Guest" by Kzeng Jiang is a porcelain sculpture that exemplifies the fusion of contemporary art with traditional craftsmanship. Designed by Shanghai-based artist Kzeng Jiang, this piece is part of Lladró's "The Guest" collection, curated by designer Jaime Hayon, which invites leading artists from around the world to personalize a unique character.

Standing at 30 cm in height, the sculpture features Kzeng Jiang's signature style, drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese art forms. The figure is adorned with three prominent eyes, symbolizing the ability to perceive the past, present, and future, akin to a time-traveling messenger. The design incorporates blue tones on white porcelain, ensuring visual harmony and balance, while gold lustre accents convey a sense of prestige reminiscent of ancient Chinese porcelain.
